Emily Gomez is ranked number two in her junior class at Murrah High School.
Gomez is still able to shine on the field, court, and track, while maintaining a QPA of 4.73 and GPA 97.4.
During soccer 2013-2014, Gomez served as a captain, scored five goals, made countless assists, and had full coverage of the field from goal line to goal line; touch line to touch line, to help her team whenever, and wherever they needed her. Gomez’s athletic proess doesn’t end on the turf. As a freshman and sophomore, she also played volleyball and ran track.
Emily says, “I’m always an encourager, boosting the team up. I invested a lot physically, mentally, and emotionally in the game.”
She is a member of Mu Alpha Theta, National Honor Society and Base Pair, a partnership with The University of Mississippi Medical Center.
Look forward to seeing Ms. Gomez in the future, because she plans to play in college and possibly in the pros.
